I made a purchase of kurti on 25th October, 2021. The order arrived on 27th October, 2021 and the return and refund was made from my side on 27th October, 2021 itself. The return was picked up on 29th October, 2021 and it was said that the amount will be refunded till 31st October, 2021. But when it wasn’t refunded till 7th November, 2021, I made a complaint in the company and they asked to wait for 3 to 4 days. The amount didn’t come. So, I called again. They made a refund of 1 rupee. I again made a complaint that only 1 rupee was refunded to which they said it is made to first confirm whether the account details is correct or not and again asked to wait for 3 to 4 days. From then on, I have been calling then after every 4 days, they just say that they have highlighted the complaint and wait for 3 to 4 days. It is 24th November, 2021 today and still the money hasn’t been returned.
