Complaint regarding wrong deductions by mychoize car

Mychoize cars refund cut. Value: 3819/-

I have booked mychoize car @ Pune. I have paid the security deposit of Rs. 3000 while booking the car but now while receiving refund I have not received any money. they have cut my whole amount due to some kind of damage that they are claiming after 2 days of handover without my agreement. Request you to help me with the reund. I have again filled extra fuel in the vehicle.
