Complaint regarding refund due from snapmint

I Have Placed An Order On Snapmint With An Amount Of 8799.00 Dated 06/07/2021. The Amount Was Debited From My Account And The ECS System For The EMI Has Also Been Started. I Found That Snapmint Is A Fraud And It Got Several Complaints Regarding The Company. I Did Not Got Any Order Confirmation From Their End. They Are Not Even Responding To My Calls And Messages. I’m Now Concerned With My Payment. I’m Writing You In Hope That You Could Resolve My Issue And Help Me In Getting My Refund.

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
