Wrong Head Set Replacement Sent by skullcandy

The Skullcandy service centre in india had taken my skullcandy Jib True wireless headset which was under warranty for repair, and they had sent me a replacement which was another headset and not a Jib true wireless, After informing them the same, They have taken back the headset and then there is no communication from them. They are not replying in mails which was the only communication left.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-.
