Complaint regarding refund from Nissan dealer

Refund – Surya Nissan – Lakshmi car zone pvt ltd. Value: Rs25,000. This is regarding the Down payment which I have made at Surya Nissan- lakshmi car zone pvt ltd on 31/5/2018 of Rs25,000/-. I am looking for the refund as I have not booked the car. But there is no proper response from the team.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
