Settlement of security deposit – Colive. Value: 10000 Served one month notice period and checked out from Colive Brantford in AECS layout on the 31st of January. Me and my sister were informed that we will get our security deposit (10,000 each) on the 15th of February. We have called multiple people and no one is helping us or returning calls. They have scammed many people the same way without returning the security deposit. We have no dues left and they have mentioned that there are some “deductions” when we raised a service ticket. They send the same message to everyone and scam them. Kindly help us get our money back

I am also facing the deposit refund issues. They have mentioned that cheque is dispatched but I am not able to track it after raising multiple tickets..neither are they replying on calls or anywhere
i too face similar issue. in my case, i have paid 50 % of the deposit amount but was never allotted a room. when asking for the refund, i have been told that i would get in a week’s time and like that several weeks have passed.
how to get the money back from these fraudsters?
