Complaint regarding product not picked up by AJIO

Return requested- but product is not being picked up. Value: 2200 I bought a puffer jacket from AJIO in January 2023. Since I am not happy with the product I have raised a return request. No one has come to pick up the product. Multiple times I raised the complaint but the pick up is not happening

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010.
