Complaint regarding return pickup of product by AJIO

I  raised a return request to AJIO within time, they accept it but no person was sent to pick-up as I continuously raised new complaint till today 11/12/2021. While talking with the customer care team ,they always assure me that pick -up will be completed till one week but they didn’t resolve my issue..As they said that pickup is not availabe to the mentioned area however they deliver other product in that area as well as they pick-up same product from the mentioned area expect the product for which I raised the complaint.They shifted my return Request to self-ship.even I attempt once for Self -Ship but the courier service provider not able to deliver the product to the address given by  Ajio Customer Care.
Today I again raised a complaint regarding same product ,they assure that it will resolve within 2 days but still I am waiting for Positive Response.

    Ajio not sending a person to pickup a product from several days and after series of complaints and follow-up no success. Could you please help in this regard.
