Complaint regarding Samsung fridge service, poor support

I have a Samsung double door fridge and it’s not cooling so on May I lodged a complaint and a technician came and changed parts however the fridge still wasn’t cooling so again I called them and they came again and said one more part need to be changed (this happened in a span of 10 days) on the 11 th day same problem arose no cooling so I called the service centre and they said someone will visit however no one visited or came and on July a representative came and checked the fridge and went back said he has to talk to headquarters however no response from then i have kept on calling and mailing to samsung they just tell me someone will visit .

Just yesterday they have sent a technician who again came and said keep the fridge off all night and I will come tomorrow now I got a phone call saying someone is coming now that someone is the same technician who 1st day had come. If he could solve the issue he could have solved that very 1st day. I am frustrated and I am stressed now. You can very much understand that in this heat my fridge is not working how much problem I am having at my home. I am a working mother you tell me where do I have time to call again n again and wait for a technician to come and clean the fridge and switch off and this n that. It’s ridiculous that a renowned company like Samsung is doing this. They do not have a good technician that they can send who can fix this. I am writing this with much frustration and irritation.
