I am writing to follow up on my email dated 17th January 2026 regarding the ticket booking issue I am facing. The booking has not been successful due to complications with my Aadhaar update and changes to my IRCTC login account.
Since then, I have been continuously contacting the CT hotline for assistance. Each day I am informed that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved.
This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and I kindly request that my account issue be prioritized and resolved at the earliest. Please confirm the status of my ticket booking and provide a clear timeline for resolution.
