Allschoolstuff.com - 19.03.2013Short delivery by Allschoolstuff.com – Rs.390:
BINDU MENON, BARODA, Gujarat ordered some products from allschoolstuff.com on 29th Jan 2013 by paying Rs. 390. (order number : 737358). From the next day of the booking, the status shown on their website showing “ready for shipping” but the product was not delivered. When enquired she was asked to wait for 15 days. After 15 days the delivery was postponed. She posted her complaint with ICF on 07-03-2013 and finally got refund for the undelivered products by 19-03-2013.
Ebay.in - 04.03.2013Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in:
NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. The matter was finally resolved by way of refund on or about 04-03-2013.
Bagittoday - 02.03.2013Refund from Bagittoday – Rs.8,150/-:
Manikandan D, Nethaji Road, Tiruvarur. 610002, Tamilnadu Email: maniikandan90(at)gmail.com placed an order worth Rs.4075/- on 22-10-2012, through online.(order ID – 1018178071) But three times money got debited from his account. When he complained to them immediately, they said he would receive the money Rs.8150/-(2×4075=8150 for extra two times debited) back to his account very soon. But even after a month the amount was not credited to his account. However, to his surprise, he received three parcels each worth Rs.4075/-. This was informed to Bagittoday but no steps were taken by them to resolve the issue of excess debit. Mr. Manikandan posted his complaint with ICF on 06-01-2013 and the issue was taken up with Bagittoday. Mr. Manikandan finally got his money back 02-03-2013.

When he complained to them immediately, he was told that he would receive money back into his account very soon. However, instead of refund he received three parcels each worth Rs.4075/-. He returned back the two extra parcels and asked for refund. Even after 3 months he did not get money. He posted his complaint with ICF on 06-01-2013 and the matter was taken up with Bagittoday. Mr. Manikandan finally gor his refund on or about 21-02-2013
Homeshop18Refund from Homeshop18 – Rs.1099/-
Bharti Jain of Ajmer, Rajasthan (Email: jbharti2k(at)gmail.com) ordered a pendant set (from Grace Collection by Knex) from Home shop 18 on 8th Oct. and requested to deliver it by 16th as a gift it to her mother. There was a delay in executing the order and the customer had requested for cancelling the order. However, the product was delivered but were found to be defective. Customer raised a complaint with Homeshop18 which was not resolved till she posted her complaint with ICF on 03-02-2013. The matter was taken up with Homeshop18 and Ms Jain finally got refund check by 14th of February, 2013
Shopclues.com - 13.02.2013Product not delivered by Shopclues.com:
Deepak Singh Katoch, Haldwani, Uttarakhand-263139 Email: katoch_79(at)yahoo.com made one online purchase set of 5 induction cookwares on 9th Jan’13 from Shopclues.com by making online payment from my HDFC account through netbanking. The product was not delivered even after 7 days and the DTDC courier tracking number which was given to him was also not correct. Whenever he inquired with the site helpline he was asked to for 10~15 days. He posted his complaint with ICF on 08-02-2013 and finally got refund by 13-02-2013.
Yatra.com - 07.02.2013Refund from Yatra.com: Rs.8,500/-:
Himani Mehrotra, Pune, Maharashtra Email: himani.mehrotra(at)tcs.com booked two bookings of kingfisher airline on date Wed, 24 Oct,2012, 11:35 with reference number 06081218736 (Pune to delhi) and Mon, 29 Oct,2012 , 09:00 with reference number 06081218215 (Delhi to Pune). The flight was subsequently cancelled by the airlines but the refund was not forthcoming. They said whenever kingfisher will refund them they’ll refund the passenger. Mr. Mehrotra posted with the complaint with ICF and the matter was presented to Yatra who took a special policy decision to refund the fare for the flights cancelled by Kingfisher. Thus, Mr. Mehrotra finally got his refund by 07-02-2013.
D'DamasD’Damas Diamond fall complaint – Rs.14,000/- :
Deepti Gangwar, Jeewan Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 Email: dipsicgeb(at)gmail.com purchased a ring from D’Damas store at shoppers stop in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi on 15/04/12 for her engagement. The diamond fell from the ring and the ring was submitted on 04/10/2012 to the above store. As per the company policy if the diamond falls within six months it will be replaced by the company But the company denied it saying there is no manufacturing defect. She called the landline number, mobile number and sent emails. But the issue was not resolved. She posted her complaint with ICF on 24-12-2012 and the issue was taken up with D’Damas. Finally the company replaced the diamond by 05-02-2013, free of cost.
