Complant regarding Hitachi AC service issues

I have purchased Hitachi split ac RAS 324 EWAED on 26/03/2016. After purchase within two years, I have spent around 20 thousand RS on its services provided by local customer care centre. I have raised an existing complaint about AC Servicing, but customer care people keep on delaying and conveyed parts are not available. I am frustrated with this pathetic service , Please help me on this regards
