Purchased mobile through Snapmint. Value: 5499+750. Purchased a Mobile through Snapmint.com .. . Yu Yureka mobile.. and its a defectd one.. battery draining fast so i want exchange or refund tht and i tried to call many times them and also sent mail to their helpline.. atlast I talked to their helplime.. They are not doing anything ..havent received any reply mail from their side also They are not attending my calls
