Did not receive order from ACT Fibernet

I have ordered a wifi router from act fibernet on the 1st of October and didn’t receive it till now.
I was calling them and asking for a response each and every day. But there is no response from them.
Also recently one of my friends have contacted them for a new connection for which he got a response within a day. So its clearly visible that they just need new customers and will never care about the old ones.
