One package was booked through DTDC dated 06 Sep 2019 from Kolkata to deliver at Jamnagar Gujarat has not yet been delivered. The DTDC has accepted that the package has been damaged by them beyond salvage hence they discarded it without delivery through mail on 12 Oct 2019 and closed my case without doing any further process.
A claim of Rs 1450/- (for the booking amount for rs 450/- and material cost of Rs 1000/- total Rs 1450/-) has been send to DTDC but after expired of more that two months DTDC is not responding.
I am enclosing all the correspondence with DTDC for your ready reference.
Please do needful to protect the consumer right
