Contrix Services falsely promised me a job and charged me ?5000 in the name of job assistance. They claimed I would get a refund if I got a job on my own. I got a job independently, submitted all required proofs, and followed up multiple times over the past 3 months — but they did not process my refund.
I have all evidence, including:
Chat transcripts
Call recordings
Interview confirmation
Payment receipts
Their team is unresponsive and keeps delaying without any valid reason. This is misleading young students, taking money by creating false hopes, and then ignoring refund commitments.
This complaint is not only for a refund of my ?5000 but also to stop such unethical practices with other innocent candidates.
Contrix Services took ?5000 from me, promising job assistance and a refund if I got a job on my own. Despite multiple follow-ups for over 45 days, they have not refunded my money.
They mislead students and job seekers by creating false hopes, collecting payments, and then disappearing or ignoring refund requests. This is clearly a fraudulent and unethical practice. I am filing this complaint to demand my rightful refund and also to stop them from cheating other innocent people.
I request strict action against them and a full refund of ?5000.
