Faulty product delivered by thehighhub Mumbai Instagram seller

The High Hub.in mumbai Instagram seller delivered me the AirPods on 3/7/2020 which I purchased from their Instagram page thehighhub.in . On receipt of same the product is faulty. The right AirPods is not working. He had given me 6 months written warranty but it didn’t work on the 1st day itself. On receipt of delivery the box was covered properly with packing material but the AirPods box didn’t have plastic seal. Also inside the box the AIPpods case was not plastic sealed. It also had a stain on the AirPods case. The same was captured on photo & video on the same day of delivery receipt and shared to the seller on his WhatsApp.

On receipt of my text and photo/video on faulty product the seller stopped responding to my WhatsApp texts. He didn’t even pick up my calls. He also also unfollowed me on Instagram so I cannot DM him. I tried texting him from my friends number. His WhatsApp got delivered but he didn’t reply and now blocked that number too. This page is a Fraud page & gives wrong warranty & faulty products & then disappears. I have the sellers picture, his Yesbank UPI id, courier docket number , Whatsapp number & pictures of his commitments made while selling.  I need refund of my product or want a replacement of the defective product.
