I booked a service of shifting my two wheeler from Chennai to Bengaluru
I have heard that Agarwal Packers and Movers are good and contacted ALPM agarwal packers. Only after i got the bill (after 20 calls for follow up) i got to know that they are not the original Agarwal packers.
First of all the quote was for Rs.3000/- and they made a bill for Rs.4100/-
When i questioned them, they assured me that i only have to pay 3000 + GST
Secondly they kept on delaying vehicle delivery. All the original bike documents are with them and they dont give any update.
Whenever i call, they put my call on conference where I can hear people shouting in different languages ,
I have contacted so many people in the name of manager , supervisor etc. They will swtich off their number or not receive call after sometime.
I have still not received my vehicle and dont know where it is. Should I give a police complaint ?
