Myntra transaction failed, no refund received

I was placing an order at MYNTRA of Rs.2046 on friday i.e 22/12/17 . I was making this payment through airtel wallet, my money got debited but my order was not placed . So i called up at Myntra and they told me to wait for 24hours ,my money will be refunded back. But now they are saying that my money is with AIRTEL team but my transaction was successful from airtel end .I am very much disappointed in myntra and no communication has been done from myntra so far.I’m chasing them for last 2 days ….didn’t expect this kind of service.
