Based on the SMS received from Netmeds for 26% discount on 26.01.23 having coupon code GRAND26, I immediately ordered medicines.
While placing the order, I had put the desired coupon code which was accepted and confirmed by Netmeds system. I was presumed that the offered discount applied in my bill and accordingly, on good faith, I paid the entire bill amount 2946/-.
Inspite of repeated complaints made to customer care and also through email, they did not respond. I have requested for refund of discount proceeds. But they denied.
Being a retired senior citizen, I did not expect such type of manipulative and deceitful practices from Netmeds.
Requesting the concerned authority to take up the matter with Netfunds for refunding the discount proceeds.
