I booked a ticket from Paytm from Mumbai to Delhi for 31st December 2025. The PNR of the ticket is 8xxxxH and paytm booking id is 2xxxxx4. This was Air India flight, they had cancelled this flight. Till date I have received no refund from Paytm even after raising ticket and sending mails to the concerned authority. The total amount of the ticket was Rs. 6528. It is more than 15 days and I have not received anything from their side even after raising the tickets and sending emails. I am in requirement of funds immediately and there is only automated systems talking and not replying on anything and this is a mental harassment to me, completely. From past days I am just following up with the nodal officer on mails wherein they also are not solving my problem. I need compensation for the mental harassment I have went through because of their poor services. They have caused me mental distress, till today there is no reply on the ticket raised by me or the emails sent by me to them, no outcome no solution and no refund till date. I claim amount of Rs. 15,000/- for the mental agony they have caused me, by not replying and refunding my own funds and the shortage of funds when i required it the most.
If, required to the Authority I have all the documentary evidences to support my claim. I would request the authority to look into this matter seriously and provide solution immediately.
