Offer money not received from Frizza app

Offer money not received. Value: 350

I completed an offer on the Frizza app but haven’t received the reward money. I also contacted their support, but they haven’t replied. This is disappointing. I request the Frizza team to resolve this issue quickly and credit my pending amount.

Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-. Yepme mailed Mr. Seal that since the product was out of stock they will refund the money. However, till lodging the complaint with ICF on 05-12-2012 he did not receive refund.
