I puchased from Facebook marketplace from seller and seller create order on flipkart using their mobile no.

Product Name : Bantox Casual Outdoor Climber Stylish Lace Up Boot for Men (Beige)

Seller promised to give red chief original shoes, but he given bantox company shoes.

Thats why I returned the product. Seller shared this order with my flipkart account. I called to flipkart to return this product and refund the amount into my bank account, but flipkart not return the amount into my bank account. They suggest me to choose E-wallet option for refund. So, I confirmed to credit amount into my flipkart account e-wallet . but they credit the amount into flipkart account where the order placed, mobile no. (XXXXXX3873).

I did not get the refund into my flipkart account e-wallet. Flipkart credit amount into wrong flipkart e-wallet.

So, credit the refund amount into my flipkart account e-wallet or my bank account as given below
