Bought new fridge 3 years before and saw sewere rust formation on door, where it has joints like door handle, door upper plastic cover, door lower plastic cover, I am myself engineer and I found ot has poor sealing on joints and inside cooled air coming out from thses joints and creating moisture on the joints which is leading a very bad rust formation,
I called whirlpool after sales Indigo Engineer in mumbai and they said our technician will come and estimate for all repair cost plus visiting charges, all incurd by me, I called area service manger Avinash singh but no reply, o post my query on whirlpool facebook site but no positive reply,
