I am a savings account holder with RBL Bank (Doddaballapur Branch). My account was frozen by the bank, stating there was a suspicious transaction.
However, I did not receive any SMS, email, or alert from the bank about this. According to RBI guidelines, such actions should be communicated to the customer immediately, but that was not done.
Now the bank is asking me to wait 48 hours without giving any guarantee of unfreezing my account. I’m facing a medical emergency and need urgent access to my funds.
This is causing extreme hardship, and the bank is not responding to my emails or service requests.
