Refund from Scoot Airlines / GoIbibo – Rs.21,000/- : Mr. Ganesh of Visakhapatnam 530003 filed a complaint with us on 29-03-2021 regarding refund from Scoot Airlines for the flight tickets booking done through Go Ibibo. As per the customer, the flight was cancelled by the Airlines and the customer was informed that the refund will be processed through the booking agent Go Ibibo. However, even after a year the customer did not get his refund. ICF took up the matter with the Airlines and GoIbibo and finally refund was credited to GoIbibo’s wallet on 11-08-2021.
