Received a different product from www.nexaship.in

I am Shan Colonia from Ernakulam, Kerala. I purchased a Bluetooth device from www.nexaship.in. Its price 1599/-(shipping charges included). I booked on 16th February 2021, received the product on 22nd February 2021. Product received as cash on delivery, shipped by “Ekart logistics”. My order no is SSGC 6550119995. I got a different product. Sir, I am very dissatisfied with that product. I tried to call them  to return the product, but the phone no is not working. Please help me to return the product and refund my money.
