I have booked a flight ticket on 27 th of Jan’21 and money got debited from my account. But ticket being cancelled by Travolook without any reason. But till today money not refunded back despite repeated requests. Need a strong action against this types of cheated company.

When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. I am Sateesh kumar from IIT- Patna , Bihar. l purchased a Bluetooth device from http://WWW.NEXASHIP.IN. It’s price 1699(with shipping charge). I booked on 7th June 2021 product recieved cash on delivery shipped by “Ekart Logistics Mr. Ajay Kumar”. My order ID is GT08JUN1481. I got a different product. I tried to call them to return the product, But the my call is not recieving.
Please help me to return the product and refund my money.
