I purchased a Croma RO+UV+UF+Alkaline Water Purifier on 11 June 2025 for Rs. 14,147.05 from the Croma store in Varanasi (Sigra). The product stopped purifying water within 21 days and continuously drained wastewater.
I raised a complaint on 2 July. Croma sent a technician from LG who admitted he had no experience with Croma products and tried using LG spare parts. Later, I was told parts will take a week and I must pay for them, despite warranty.
I have filed a legal complaint with the Hon’ble District Consumer Commission, Varanasi (via eJAGRITI platform).
Croma failed to honor their 48-hour repair promise. Their customer service is unresponsive and misleading. I demand full refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused. I request immediate action from your end.
