Regarding delay in order delivery by Flipkart

I ordered a product (Flipkart Perfect Homes Borneo With 5 Cushions Fabric 3 + 1 + 1 Sofa Set ) from Flipkart online on 17th of October, 2022. the product was promised to be delivered by December 6 but did not get delivered. They don’t even tell me where my order currently is let alone the delay in delivery. I want my refund back , i have waited for too long for Flipkart to deliver it but all i get is lip service and promises. I am being harassed and lost peace of mind due to this occurrence.

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
