Regarding delivery of non veg food by Zomato

Zomato delivered a non veg burger to be in June 2024. the customer support replies offering me a maximum of 800 rupees or something close for this. I rejected the money multiple times. they said they would get back to me with a resolution but they never did. I did get a refund in the form of a COUPON CODE. they first gave me a COUPON of 72 rupees. after I kept on they gave me a refund for the remaining value. this should also be punishable.
the order value paid was rs 480.
