I have paid Rs – 2020/- for an Instagram dress page named “bunaai_fashionn”. I ordered dress from that page and I haven’t received the product yet, but the amount is paid. They first told that there is COD, but later they told that it isn’t there and assured that they will deliver on time. I also paid the amount via Google pay and I have the screenshot of the same as well. I was supposed to get it on 15th of November and I still did not get it. And I have been trying to reach them on Instagram but they are seen zoning it and are not responding to a single message after getting the money paid. Requesting you to kindly take action on this. I need the money back or the product to be delivered.
