Complaint regarding very bad service by Samsung customer care

My samsung washing machine is giving problem since july. After my 1st complaint it took more than one month to repair it. I paid approx 4000 for parts and service. It started giving problem after 10 days again. I raised complain with samsung customer care. Few days passer I didn’t received any communication. I again called customer care . Finally service engineer visited and changed another part. I again paid full amount of part including service charge. After few days machine stopped working again. I raised another complaint with customer care. After 8 days I received a message that my service request has been cancelled. I called customer care again. They told me that I didn’t picked their call so they cancelled my request. I never received any such call. I told them that I can prove it. They again generated new request and assure that in 3 days my problem would be resolved. I also received one call from local service center assuring engineer visit . 5 days have passed since and no body visited.  I wanted to use my customer right to teach them a lesson. Inspite of spending around INR 6000 my washing machine is not operational since july.
All complains raised by me was registered with mobile number. I have almost all call recordings available with me.
