I purchased a Product (Mighty Guard Security App) from Modicare website (www.modicare.com) on 15th May 2021. From the day 1st, I was facing issues with activation of Mighty Guard. I didn’t received any message on phone regarding this. Only mailing system is working. Finally I got the activation link from them in mail, but unable to open the link till now. I called so many times in call center for the resolutions but was not found any resolution till now. Most of the time false information was Provided by them. their standard time for the resolution is 24 -48 hours, but now it has taken more than 100 hours and still no resolution from them. Pls help in this issue.
