Regarding non-receipt of refund from Amazon

It has been an year since my order on amazon that was placed on July 2019 for 20,490 INR has not been refunded yet as my bank and NPCI confirms that the amount was credited DEUTSCHE BANK a/c no ending with –83002 i.e of amazon seller services and whenever i call their customer care they end it up with “higher escalation team” is gonna call you back, but it has been more than two years since i did not get my money refunded, my product or a freaking call back from amazon. i am attaching order details, upi transaction and the mail confirmation from my bank that the amount was credited in your DEUTSCHE BANK a/c . I want a refund with a proper compensation. it has been 2 years.
