Complaint against Valuekart for non-delivery

Valuekart – Fraud business, beware – Lost Rs 19,000. I placed an order with www.valuekart.in on October 2nd, 2021.
It has been over 2 weeks with absolutely no response from their bogus customer service email id. I have sent 3 emails requesting an update, nothing is forthcoming.

I have made the payment in full as per the terms. I need to go to court to claim a full refund. Please advise.
