Complaint against Valuekart for non-delivery

Valuekart – Fraud business, beware – Lost Rs 19,000. I placed an order with www.valuekart.in on October 2nd, 2021.
It has been over 2 weeks with absolutely no response from their bogus customer service email id. I have sent 3 emails requesting an update, nothing is forthcoming.

I have made the payment in full as per the terms. I need to go to court to claim a full refund. Please advise.

Refund from Hike wallet – Rs.8000/- : Kishor Kunal of Gomti Nagar, 226010, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh had loaded Rs.8000 in his Hike wallet. However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
