Regarding Refund Delay by Stanza Living, Breach of Policy

I vacated the Stanza Living property (Stanza Co living Pg Dunkirk House, Sector 48) on 8th April 2025. As per the company’s stated policy, the security deposit refund should be processed within 45 days of check-out. However, it has now been over 90 Days and I have still not received my refund of ?15,000.
I have followed up multiple times through calls, emails, and social media. Despite repeated assurances, there has been no action or response from the company. I also found several other customers facing the same issue, indicating a broader problem with their refund process.
I am filing this grievance to seek urgent intervention and request that the full refund be processed without further delay.
