I had purchased a leather jacket from Urbanic Company through online on 02nd Nov’2021 and they delivered my order on 4th Nov’2021. I request for return on 8th Nov’2021 & they confirmed the schedule date of return on 9th Nov’2021 . but till now no one has come to pickup the order, also I mail to urbanic company for pickup delay and they assured me within 48hrs the product will be pickup. now it’s been 48 hours also over but I haven’t get any response from urbanic company for this pickup process.
