Shop charging more than MRP

I have purchased 1 litre Namaste India milk mrp is 51 rupees but shop owner collect the 52 rupees. i asked many times that this milk is 51 but you are selling more than mrp but said we didn’t sell on mrp, (lena h lo warna jao) that is his answer.
