I ordered IFB “Senorita Aqua SX” 6.5 kg Fully Automatic Front Load washing machine on Sep 30 by exchanging my old IFB washing machine. I got the product delivered on Oct 4th and found the product defective when IFB person opened the package on Oct 6th. I immediately requested for the replacement but the replacement got delivered only on Oct 27th after calling their customer care several times and also sending some many tweets to their Twitter account. They clearly violated their 10-day replacement policy. Agonisingly the replacement is also defective and it is worse than the first product. Packaging is really poor. Now Flipkart is again delaying the replacement by unnecessarily asking IFB service centre to check for the defect in the product before approving the replacement and IFB is rejecting the request saying that they can come only for “Installation and Demo”. IFB is saying that it is the seller’s responsibility to check for the defect and give the replacement. I’m totally fed up and we are washing the clothes by hand for more than a month now. I’ve also asked for the refund but to no avail.
