I had ordered Jivika Naturals Cow Ghee from Swiggy Instamart (Order ID: 2xxxxxxxxxxx7). The product was delivered without MRP, expiry date, or manufacturing date, which is a clear violation of FSSAI and Legal Metrology rules.
I reported the issue within minutes of delivery and shared full evidence including product photos, invoice, and chat with Swiggy support. Their senior executive even promised a replacement, but later they refused refund/replacement and closed the case without resolution.
Despite several follow-ups and even emailing their legal and grievance teams, Swiggy has shown complete ignorance. This behavior is unacceptable and illegal.
I demand strict action against Swiggy and a full refund for selling an unlabelled and potentially unsafe food product.
