Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them. Refund from Asia Steel – Rs.5,000/-: Mr. Navin Prasath of Ullagaram, Chennai 600091, Tamil Nadu had ordered for an antique oval sofa plus other items by paying a sum of Rs.5,000/- in advance on 04-11-2017. Even after three months he did not get delivery of the products.
