The product was returned by the customer twice due to unmatched order and finally refund was sought on 18th Nov.2016. Even after Limeroad’s email confirmation of refund, the customer did not get refund even after two weeks. She posted her complaint with ICF on 02-12-2016 and the matter was taken up with Limeroad.
