Replacement of phone by Micromax – Rs.9,600/-: by Mrs. Sunita Sharma of Kota -324005, Rajasthan bought Micromax A108 mobile on August 13th 2014 from authorised dealer. After 3 months touch started creating trouble. Micromax service center detected hardware issue and said replacement needs to be made. Even after 40 days the device was not repaired. She posted her complaint with ICF on 29-12-2014 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Micromax kindly agreed to replace it with a new device and the customer got A315 as replacement, on 17-01-2015.
