First of all i like to thanks ICF for their support and helping me proceeding with my complaint.I got an opton of 5k worth of travel vouchers as a compensation which i am going to accept. Although the amonut which spicejet is providing me(5k) is not worth at all but i am satisfied that at last they accepted their fault. Their apology was all i needed Hope not to have such kindda experience with spicejet in future.
