Dear Mr Nagarajan Sir (India Consumer Forum), With reference to my Complaint ID: ICF24762, I would like to inform you that my wardrobe’s damage panel has been replaced by Housefull Furniture on Tuesday i.e. 18-September-2012 itself (as promised over phone by Housefull Furniture’s customer care / Team). Thanks to India Consumer Forum for their support. Hope to receive the same in future also to me and other customers also.

Today I received a call & email intimation from HDFC saying that;
“This is with reference to your e-mail dated August 22, 2012, regarding the transaction amount of Rs.5,839.31 incurred at M/s.Entropay London on your card account on 14/08/2012. We note that the merchant had directly credited the amount of Rs.5,841.52 to your card account on 20/08/2012 and the relevant credit will reflect in your September 2012 statement.
We are hopeful that the above information is to your satisfaction”……………….
