Wrong roaming plan activated by Airtel – Rs.3,999/- : Mr. Satish of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh had wanted to activate roaming package for USA for his employer’s son and he was asked to do a recharge of Rs.3,999/- by Airtel. However, Airtel activated UAE roaming pack instead of USA. Mr. Satish spoke to Airtel and also wrote to them but to no avail. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Airtel. The customer finally got credit for the said wrong deduction in his mobile number.
