I had ordered two products from Myntra out of which one product is not fitting me. I want to exchange it but I want small size which is not available. So I want to return it but I’m not getting the return option. So, I called to Myntra customer care and they informed me that because I have collected reward points of the delivered item so I can not return item. But when I collected all those points their app didn’t mentioned it that you can not return product if you collect these points. That’s actually scam
