Very poor speed from JIO, no customer support

I have a JioFi device and was promised ‘high speed 4G internet’ but what I am getting is not even 2G. I am getting speeds like 0.5Mbps. I have placed several complaints to Jio but they have not bothered to rectify. They are even refusing to give me a proper complaint number. I even went to the appellate officer and only got a lengthy technical email about clearing cookies, pausing windows updates etc. They are not trying to find why a 3 minute video on YouTube on my android phone is taking 15 minutes with buffering every few seconds.

I went through the escalation matrix on TRAI site and that site says that Jio has no operations in Hyderabad!

I have been cheated by jio. 🙁

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
