Wrong product delivered by Myntra, no customer support

Received wrong product but return is not accepting. Value: 1400. I have ordered 2 products in Myntra, out of them 1 I got wrong product and other is very bad quality, so I have requested for return more than 10 times but every time they are rejecting my return request saying quality check failed, without verifying the product or reaching to me.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines.
